Affordable Voice Communications Inc. (AVCInc) offers the following advantages for the business customer.
You can have up to 200 telephones, calling cards, and 8xx numbers on a single account.
AVCInc provides toll free number support for your current 8xx numbers and can provide support to obtain new 8xx numbers.
You can add multiple 1+ numbers to your account with a minimum of effort by "cloning" a previously registered 1+ number at the same location and with the desired configuration.
AVCInc allows you to combine business and residential telephones on the same account. This combination will maximize your discounts. As a business you could even offer the service to your employees so that everyone gets the lowest possible rates. Each telephone has its own reporting section in the Billing Advice to simplify the accounting.
AVCInc has only one calling plan and it applies to both business and residential customers. This means the same 1-second billing increment and 1-second minimum completed call charging applies to everyone. As a business you won't be subject to the higher rates and billing increments usually applied by other carriers to businesses.
If your business spans multiple locations, even different cities and different states, you can place all of the telephones, calling cards, and 8xx numbers on one account. They all aggregate and receive the same discount.
You can choose any day from the 1st through the 28th inclusive right on the sign-up page. Otherwise, a billing day of month will be assigned automatically.
We offer both verified and non-verified PACs from 2 to 9 digits. When you register a number for 1+ service, choose the PAC support you want. There is a monthly fee for this optional service.
Call detail records can be exported in a tab-delimited format that can easily be imported into spreadsheet and database applications. With this information, you can analyze your business calling.
The details of your calls are available on-line for one-year. Call details are usually posted by 9am for all calls made up to the previous midnight.
