Discounts

AVCInc offers volume and referral discounts to all customers. The discounts apply only to service usage during the current billing period.

Volume Discounts

The volume discount schedule is:

Referral Discounts

AVCInc offers a recurring discount to customers for each referral of a new customer. The discount begins when the referred customer:

1. has registered as a customer;
2. has identified the referring customer by the referring customer's registered E-Mail address;
3. is accepted as a customer by the Company;
4. has presubscribed to the Company for intrastate, interstate and/or international service;
5. has used the Company's services for one billing period; and
6. the Company has been reimbursed for these services.

The referral discount is 5 percent (5%) of the referred customer's total discounted service charges in each billing period. Multiple referral discounts are summed together to create the total referral discount. That amount is credited to the referring customer's account for up to a total of 100% off on the referring customer's total service charges each billing period. Referral discounts are applied in the billing period during which the referred accounts are billed and may not be carried forward to the next billing period.

Referral discounts will be terminated for any of the following reasons:

• The referring customer terminates service or doesn't pay for service.
• The referred customer terminates service or doesn't pay for service.
• AVCInc stops providing service.

Discount Limitations

1. Earned discounts for a billing period are summed before being applied to the charges for services being discounted.
2. The referral discount is based on the discounted service charges of referred accounts, including both volume and referral discounts.
3. Discounts can not be transferred to any other account or billing period.
4. Accounts delinquent in payment by 7 or more days will lose all discounts on the delinquent billing advice.
5. If a referred account is delinquent for an entire billing period, any referral discount is lost to the referring account.
6. If the customer's service is terminated, for any reason, all referral discounts are eliminated and have no future value.
